KIA Magentis/Optima (since 2000 of release)

The business class model - Kia Magentis remains a leader of the Kia brand from the moment of the emergence in 2000. New Magentis was developed about 18 months therefore to changes underwent both external, and internal elements of design. New style adds feeling of elegance and the European charm. The car is spacious and convenient. Both the driver, and passengers will feel in it comfortably. Elegant, strict appearance of the car always will allocate you in a prompt street stream.

New Kia Magentis left in itself lines of the predecessor, having added feeling of respectability and elegance. The new horizontal chromeplated reshyotka of a radiator is topped with an oval emblem of Kia. The changed block headlights executed in style of a retro, consist of separately located lamps of near and far light. The bottom edge of a bumper has a wide air inlet with the built-in fog lights.

Interior design is executed throughout appearance. It light and spacious, with comfort places 5 people, having 1100 mm for feet of passengers in front and 920 behind. The central console is executed from high-quality plastic and can be added with furnish "under a tree". Seats convenient also provide comfortable landing. The driver's seat is equipped with lumbar support.

Kia Magentis is equipped with the 2-liter engine in capacity of 136 horsepowers or 2,5 liter capacity of 168 horsepowers. Both engines can be completed with a 5-step manual or 4-step automatic transmission. The mechanical box goes together with hydraulic coupling that provides more smooth and equal switching. The automatic box (for engines of 2,5 l) provides possibility to operate purely in an automatic or manual sports mode.

The multilever independent suspension bracket provides to the new car excellent controllability, predictability, and also excellent course stability regardless of speed. Existence of the power steering provides comfort and safety. The car is equipped with forward disk ventilated and back disk brakes.

The dashboard is easily readable, warning signals and sensors are simple in use and are located very conveniently. The advanced electronic system of braking provides complete control over the car in difficult road conditions. In a standard it is completed with ABS systems, and also protivobuksovochny system. In the car safety cushions of the driver and the passenger, three-dot seat belts for all passengers are provided.
