1.1.15. Block of cylinders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a head of cylinders, a gear belt, a forward cover, a flywheel, pistons and a cranked shaft.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Visually check the block of cylinders on lack of a rust, corrosion, cracks or any other defects.
2. Measure diameters of cylinders in the opposite directions, in three levels on height of cylinders:

  • Level 1 – In a place an arrangement of a kompressionny ring No. 1 at piston installation in VMT;
  • Level 2 – in an average part of the cylinder;
  • Level 3 – at the cylinder basis.

3. If diameters of cylinders exceed admissible values, have ovality or a konusnost or a surface of cylinders is damaged or has development, the block of cylinders it is necessary to chisel and establish new pistons and piston rings of the repair size.

  • Nominal diameter of the cylinder: 85,00–85,03 mm
  • The most admissible ovality and cylinder konusnost: no more than 0,01 mm

4. If in the top part of the cylinder there is a step, cut off it the special tool.
5. As spare parts pistons of four increased sizes are delivered: 0,25, 0,5, 0,75 and 1,00 mm.
6. When boring cylinders till the next increased size, sustain a gap between the piston and the cylinder and be convinced that pistons have the same increased size.

Measure external diameter of each piston at an angle 90 ° to a piston finger, at distance of 2 mm from a piston skirt.

Gap between the piston and the cylinder: 0,02–0,04 mm

7. Check the block of cylinders on absence of damages and cracks.

8. A metal ruler and shchupy in six directions check planeness of an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders.

  • Deviation from planeness: 0,05 mm
  • Height of the new block of cylinders: 284 mm
  • The maximum deviation from planeness: 0,1 mm
  • Admissible reduction of height of the block of cylinders:–0,2 mm

The Privalochny surface for laying of the block of cylinders after repolishing should reduce height of the block of cylinders no more than – 0,2 mm.

Boring of cylinders

1. Pistons of the increased size which should be used to be defined on the basis of the greatest diameter of an opening of the cylinder.

Marking is beaten out on the piston bottom.

2. Measure external diameter of the piston.

3. On the basis of the measured size define the amount of boring. Amount of boring = Diameter of the piston + 0,02–0,04 mm
4. Chisel each of cylinders till the settlement size.

For an exception of change of the size from temperature in the course of a honingovaniye, process cylinders in the following sequence: No. 2, No. 4, No. 1 and No. 3.

5. Honinguyte cylinders before receiving the demanded settlement diameter (external diameter of the piston + a gap).
6. Check a gap between the piston and the cylinder.

When boring, chisel all cylinders till one increased size. Do not chisel only one cylinder till the increased size.
