Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a casing of the engine and an inlet collector.

2. Disconnect from the engine a wide hose and a plait of wires.
3. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft, a pulley of the water pump, a single pulley and a pulley of the mechanism of a tension.
4. Remove casings of a gear belt.
5. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and temporarily tighten it.
6. Remove a gear belt from a camshaft pulley.
7. Disconnect wires of a high voltage.

8. Turn out bolts and uncover heads of the block of cylinders.

9. Remove a camshaft pulley.
10. Remove covers of bearings of a camshaft.

11. Remove a camshaft.

Camshafts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check necks of camshafts on lack of non-uniform wear, cracks or damages.

2. In two points measure height of each cam of a camshaft.

  • Nominal height of cams of a camshaft of the managing director of inlet valves: 43,95–44,15 mm
  • Nominal height of a camshaft of the managing director of final valves: 43,95–44,15 mm
  • Minimum admissible height of cams of a camshaft of the managing director of inlet valves: 43,45 mm
  • Minimum admissible height of a camshaft of the managing director of final valves: 43,45 mm

3. Check contours of cams of camshafts on lack of wear or damages.
4. Check each bearing on absence of damages. If the working surface of the bearing is damaged, replace a head of the block of cylinders or a cover of the bearing of a camshaft.

Axial люфт camshaft: 0,1–0,15 mm

Forward oil consolidation of a camshaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check forward oil consolidation on lack of wear or damage of working edges and, if necessary, replace it.
2. Check the edge of consolidation contacting to a surface of a camshaft. If consolidation worn-out evenly, replace a camshaft.

Directing to a chain

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check directing to a chain on lack of a bend, cracks or damages. If it is necessary replace directing to a chain.

2. Check a rubber part of a directing chain on lack of abnormal wear. If it is necessary replace directing to a chain.

Chain

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check a chain on lack of non-uniform wear, cracks or damages and, in the presence of big wear, replace it.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish hydraulic jacks of gaps of valves.

2. Establish a chain on asterisks of camshafts having combined adjusting labels how it is shown in drawing.

3. Before installation apply a thin film pure engine oil on all surfaces of sliding of camshafts. Establish camshafts.

4. Establish covers of bearings of camshafts. Check the identification labels defining camshafts of inlet or final valves.

  • Camshaft of inlet valves: I
  • Camshaft of final valves: Е

5. Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings the inhaling moments according to the specification.

Inhaling moment: 14–15 N • m

6. Grease with engine oil working edges and an external surface of a sealing ring and the special tool 09221-21000 establish an oil sealing ring on a forward part of a camshaft.

In hammer blows on the special adaptation establish a sealing ring against the stop in a nest.

7. Tighten bolts of fastening of asterisks the inhaling moments according to the specification.

Inhaling moment: 90–110 N • m

8. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and tighten bolts the inhaling moments according to the specification.

Inhaling moment: 5–6 N • m

  • Tighten all bolts the temporary moment of an inhaling (a half of the moment given in the specification), in sequence shown in drawing.
  • Tighten all bolts the moment of the inhaling given in the specification.

9. Establish high-voltage wires and the central cover.

10. Establish a gear belt and tighten the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt.

11. Establish casings of a gear belt.
12. Establish a pulley of the water pump, a pulley of a cranked shaft and a pulley of the mechanism of a tension of a belt of a drive of hinged units.
13. Establish an inlet collector and an engine casing.
14. Connect a wide hose.
15. Establish a cover of a maslonalivny mouth.
