10.5. Shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket
Removal
|
1. Remove a wheel.
|
2. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of the shock-absorber. |
3. Turn out a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber. 4. Remove the shock-absorber.
|
5. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal. |
|
|
Dismantling
|
|
1. The special adaptation compress a spring of a back suspension bracket.
|
Do not tighten breakthroughs an adaptation nut for spring compression. |
|
|
2. Turn out самоконтрящуюся a nut of fastening of a rod. |
3. Remove the special tool, the plug, an arm, elastic laying, a dustproof cover and a cylindrical spring.

Check
|
1. Check rubber details on absence of damages or deterioration of their condition. 2. Check a cylindrical spring on lack of a deflection and elasticity loss.
|
3. Check the shock-absorber on lack of abnormal resistance or extraneous noise.
|
Before utilization of the shock-absorber remove from it gas.
|

|
Shock-absorber utilization
|
|
1. Completely extend a shock-absorber rod. |
|
2. Drill an opening to remove gas from the cylinder.
|
Gas leaving the shock-absorber is safe, however it is necessary to be careful not to be traumatized from taking-off shaving.
|

|
|
Assembly
|
|
1. The special adaptation compress a spring of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
After complete compression of a spring establish it on the shock-absorber.
|
|
|
Do not tighten breakthroughs an adaptation nut for spring compression.
Make the chart of installation of springs.

2. Establish a dustproof cover, the plug (B), the top laying of a spring, an arm, the plug (A) and by hand tighten new самоконтрящиеся nuts.

3. Establish the top and bottom ends of a cylindrical spring in the top elastic laying and in the bottom nest of a spring. |
4. Remove the special tool.
|
5. Tighten a nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber the moment of the inhaling given in the specification.
Inhaling moment: 20–25 N • m
