 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out bolts and remove a support.

2. Turn out bolts and remove the holder of a support with brake shoes.

3. Remove a piston cover.

4. Remove the piston.

5. A finger-tip remove piston consolidation.

Do not use the ground tools to prevent cylinder damage.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the piston on lack of a rust, damages, cracks and wear of an external surface.

2. Check piston consolidations, covers and directing pins.

3. Grease with brake liquid the following elements:

  • piston consolidation;
  • internal surface of the cylinder;
  • piston cover;
  • external surface of the piston.

4. Press the piston into a support.

5. Turn the piston it is familiar directed up, as is shown in drawing.
