12.5. Pumping of hydraulic system of a drive of brakes

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a compensatory tank and fill it with brake liquid.

Brake liquid dissolves paint, plastic and isolation of wires therefore at casual hit of liquid on a paint and varnish covering of the car or its components wash out them a large amount of water.


When pumping under pressure do not press a brake pedal.

2. Unscrew a cover from the union of pumping of the working brake cylinder and attach to it one end of a transparent hose, and other end of a hose insert into the glass capacity of sufficient volume half filled with brake liquid.

3. Slowly press a brake pedal several times.
4. At the pressed pedal of a brake a key weaken the union of pumping and let the air out from hydraulic system. Tighten the union of pumping and release a brake pedal.
5. Repeat operations 3 and 4 until there will be a brake liquid without air vials.
6. Tighten the pumping union.

Inhaling moment: 7–13 N • m

7. Removal of air carry out in the sequence shown in drawing.
