Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a deep key on 24 mm turn out the sensor of pressure of oil.

Be careful not to damage the sensor as before a vvorachivaniye hermetic was put on a carving of the sensor.

2. Remove the oil filter and the oil pallet.
3. Remove the mesh oil filter and laying.
4. Turn out three bolts and remove an arm of the mesh oil filter and laying.
5. Turn out a stopper of a safety valve from a case of the oil pump.
6. Remove a case of the oil pump.

Check

Oil pump

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Visually check a case of the oil pump on lack of cracks and damages.
2. After installation of rotors of the oil pump in a forward cover measure a gap between rotors of the oil pump and a nest in a case.

  • Lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump: 0,04–0,095 mm
  • Gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump: 0,100–0,181 mm

Plunzher and spring

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check smoothness of moving of a plunzher.
2. Check a spring on absence of deformation or damages.

Arm of the mesh oil filter

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Be convinced that the privalochny surface of the mesh oil filter has no damages.
2. Check an arm of the mesh oil filter on absence of leakages of oil or cracks.

Check of the sensor of pressure of oil

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. An ohmmeter check conductivity of connection between the plug of the sensor and the block of cylinders. In the absence of conductivity, replace the sensor.

2. An ohmmeter check conductivity of connection between the plug of the sensor and the block of cylinders at the put-forward rod of the sensor. If conductivity is available even at the put-forward rod, replace the sensor.

3. However, if there is no conductivity even at the annex of vacuum of 50 kPas to a sensor opening, the sensor works properly.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a case of the oil pump with laying.

Inhaling moments

  • Case of the oil pump: 12–15 N • m
  • Cover of the oil pump: 8–12 N • m

2. Using the special tool 09214-33000, establish in a forward cover oil consolidation of the forward party of a cranked shaft.

3. Establish a plunzher, a spring and screw a stopper of a safety valve the moment recommended in the specification.

Inhaling moments: 40–50 N • m

4. Establish the mesh oil filter and new laying.

Inhaling moments: 15–22 N • m

5. Clear privalochny surfaces of laying on the block of cylinders and the oil pallet.

6. Put a hermetic layer in a groove of a flange of the oil pallet as is shown in drawing.

The thickness of a layer of hermetic should be about 4 mm. After drawing of hermetic establish the oil pallet within no more than 15 minutes.
Do not put excessive hermetic on a flange of the oil pallet.

7. Establish the oil pump and fix bolts, having tightened them the moment recommended in the specification.

Inhaling moments:

  • *19–28 N • m
  • ** 5–7 N • m
  • *** 30–42 N • m

8. Tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet in the sequence shown in drawing.

9. Using the special tool with a deep nest on 24 mm, screw the sensor of pressure of oil, previously having greased a sensor carving with a hermetic layer.

Hermetic. 1104 or equivalent

Do not tighten the pressure sensor with application of the big moment of an inhaling.

Moment of an inhaling of the sensor of pressure: 8–12 N • m
