5.32. Adjustment of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TP) (2,5 l of V6)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Before adjustment of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve adjust frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine idling


1. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

2. Through additional crossing points connect щупы the voltmeter to plugs 1 and 2 of the socket of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

3. Insert щуп in the thickness of 0,65 mm between the screw of adjustment of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine idling (SAS) and the butterfly valve lever.

4. Weaken bolts of fastening of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve and turn the sensor case against the stop counter-clockwise.
5. In this condition check that there is a conductivity between plugs 1 and 2.

6. Slowly turn the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve clockwise to a point in which there is no conductivity between plugs 1 and 2 and tighten a bolt of fastening of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

7. Connect the socket to the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
8. Connect the scanner to the diagnostic socket in the block of safety locks.
9. In the absence of the scanner connect the voltmeter to plugs 2 and 3 of the socket of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

Do not disconnect the socket from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

For exact measurement use the digital voltmeter.

10. Include ignition.

Do not start the engine.

11. Check target tension of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.

Target tension of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve: 250–800 мВ

12. If target tension of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve not equally given in the specification, check the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
13. Get щуп.

14. Switch off ignition.
