7.7. Casing and coupling disks

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For transmission removal first remove connections of the air filter, an arm, disconnect wires etc.

2. Remove squeezing the lever.

  • Unscrew nuts of fastening of the squeezing lever.
  • Remove a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт and a spring ring from the coupling cylinder.
  • Remove squeezing the lever.

It is impossible to remove a transmission, previously without having executed above-mentioned actions as, the coupling casing, the bearing of switching off of coupling and a fork of switching off of coupling are incorporated together.

3. Turn out bolts and remove the cylinder of switching off of coupling.
4. Turn out the bolts, fixing a transmission to the engine, and remove a transmission.

5. Using the corresponding tool, remove the bearing of switching off of coupling from a diafragmenny spring of a casing of coupling.

6. Rotate the bearing of switching off of coupling in any direction to define the provision of a lock spring ring. Insert the tool under a wavy washer as is shown in drawing and arrange it in the center of a lock spring ring.

7. Increase space round a lock spring ring, pressing the bearing, as is shown in drawing. Expand a lock spring ring as is shown in drawing.

8. Holding a lock spring ring in an expanded condition, remove the bearing of switching off of coupling.

9. Establish an opravka 09411–11000 for a centering of a disk of coupling which in this case will exclude falling of a conducted disk of coupling.
10. Gradually on a diagonal weaken bolts of fastening of coupling assembled, turning each bolt on 1/2 turns until it will be terminated a diafragmenny spring, and bolts can be unscrewed manually. Remove a casing of coupling with a press disk and a coupling disk.

Do not clear solvent a disk of coupling or the bearing of switching off of coupling.

11. Remove a shaft of a fork and the plug.

Check of a casing of coupling with a press disk

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear a dust from a coupling casing, using a vacuum brush or the vacuum cleaner. Do not use the compressed air. Remove a flywheel and check a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft on absence of leaks. If necessary, replace a sealing ring.
2. Check press a disk on lack of cracks, пригара and wear of a surface.
3. Check a surface of a friction of a flywheel on existence of partial damage, cracks and wear.

4. Check a condition of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk. Check a vystupaniye of frictional slips over heads of rivets. If a vystupaniye less admissible, replace a coupling disk.

Vystupaniye: 0,3 mm

5. Check shlitsa of a nave and a spring of a damper of a disk of coupling on lack of excessive wear.
6. Clear a surface of a friction of a press disk clearing solvent.
7. Check a diafragmenny spring in places of contact to the bearing of switching off of coupling on lack of wear, cracks and define distinction of height of the ends of a diafragmenny spring. In the presence of defects replace a casing of coupling with a press disk.

Distinction of height of the ends of a diafragmenny spring: 0,5 mm

8. Be convinced that on a flywheel there are three directing pins for a centering of a casing of coupling.

Check of the bearing of switching off of coupling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

The bearing of switching off of coupling is tight, and it cannot be washed out.

1. Check a condition of the bearing of switching off of coupling which should rotate easily, evenly and silently and in it should be absent люфт. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development.
2. If there is a non-uniform wear in points of contact of the bearing with a fork of switching off of coupling, replace the bearing of switching off of coupling.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

If there is a non-uniform wear in points of contact of a fork of switching off of coupling with the bearing, replace a fork of switching off of coupling.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Put greasing on a shlitsa of a disk of coupling.

Lubricant: CASMOLY L 9508

At installation of coupling put greasing on all mobile connections of details, but do not use excessive amount of greasing as it can lead to coupling pro-slipping.

2. Establish a disk of coupling and center it a special opravka 09411–11000.

3. Establish a casing of coupling with a press disk on directing pins of a flywheel. Gradually, in diagonal sequence and in a certain order, tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel.

Inhaling moment:

  • Engine of 2,0 l: 15–22 Nanometers
  • Engine of 2,5 l: 20–27 Nanometers

4. Combine the bearing of switching off of coupling, unclench a lock spring ring and establish the bearing on the plug of a casing of coupling.

Put universal konsistentny CASMOLY L9508 greasing on the basic plug and points of contact of a fork of switching off of coupling.

5. Establish squeezing the lever to a separation fork.

If transmissions it is established on the engine, without carrying out this step, the bearing of switching off of coupling can be disconnected, as the fork of switching off of coupling rotates freely.

6. Establish a transmission on the engine.

7. After a step 6, pressing squeezing the lever in the arrow direction, move a cam therefore the bearing of switching off of coupling and a casing of coupling will be correctly established.

Course of the squeezing lever: no more than 3 °

If the course of the squeezing lever more than 3 °, means, the bearing of switching off of coupling and a casing of coupling are established incorrectly.
