Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring.

2. Using the special tool (03495-33000) remove the ball bearing and a backing gear wheel.

3. Remove a synchronizer ring, a synchronizer spring (the 5th transfer and backing transfer), the plug (the 5th transfer and backing transfer).

4. Using the special tool (03495-33000) remove the plug of the synchronizer and a gear wheel of the 5th transfer.

5. The special tool (09432-33200) remove together gear wheels of the 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st transfers.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the surface of a conducted shaft contacting to needle bearings on existence of damages or abnormal wear.

2. Check shlitsa of a shaft on existence of damages or wear.

3. Establish the needle bearing with the basic plug and a gear wheel on a shaft. Check that the bearing rotates evenly without abnormal noise or люфта.

4. Check the case of the needle bearing on existence of damages.

5. Check teeths of a ring of the synchronizer on existence of damages.

6. Check an internal surface on existence of damages, wear or the damaged grooves.

7. Establish the synchronizer plug on the plug and be convinced that it moves smoothly.
8. Check the plug on existence of damages.

9. Check wear of surfaces of end faces of the plug (contacting to each gear wheel).

Replace the plug of the synchronizer and the plug as a set.

10. Check teeths of gear wheels on existence of damages and wear.
11. Check a konusny surface of a gear wheel on existence of a roughness, damages and wear.

12. Check a gear wheel opening on existence of damages and wear.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the needle bearing.

2. Establish a gear wheel of the 1st transfer.

3. Establish blocking konusny ring.

4. Establish the plug of the synchronizer and the plug.

5. Establish blocking konusny ring.

6. Establish the plug of the 2nd transfer and the needle bearing.

7. Using the special tool (09432-22000) establish a gear wheel of the 2nd and 3rd transfer.

8. Establish a lock ring.

9. Establish a gear wheel of the 4th transfer, the plug of a gear wheel of the 5th transfer, the needle bearing, a gear wheel of the 5th transfer, a ring of the synchronizer of the 5th transfer, the plug of the synchronizer and the plug of the 5th transfer and backing transfer.

10. Establish the needle bearing, a gear wheel of a backing and the plug of the conducted mechanism.

11. Using the special tool (09432-22000) establish the ball bearing and lock a ring.
