9.5. Central bearing and internal power shaft
Dismantling
|
|
1. Using the special tool, remove an arm of the central bearing from an internal shaft. |
|
2. Using the special tool, squeeze out the central bearing from outer side of the central bearing as is shown in drawing. |
|
|
Check
|
1. Check an internal shaft on existence of damages, bends or a rust. 2. Check shlitsa of an internal shaft on existence of wear or damages. 3. Check the central bearing on existence of development, decolouration and a roughness of surfaces of a pin.

Assembly
|
|
1. Put universal konsistentny greasing on the central bearing and in an arm of the central bearing. |
|
2. Using the special tool, press the central bearing in an arm. |
|
3. Put universal konsistentny greasing on a back surface of all dustproof consolidations. The recommended lubricant: LIG-2 or
Sunlight No.2
Internal dustproof consolidation: 7–10 g
External dustproof consolidation: 4–6 g
|

4. Using the special tool, insert external and internal dustproof consolidation so that they were flush with edge of an arm of the central bearing.
|
When drawing lubricant be convinced that it is put only on a working edge of dustproof consolidation.
|
|
|
5. Using the special tool, establish the central bearing as is shown in drawing, then press it on an internal shaft. |
