9.6. Rotary fist and nave of a forward wheel

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car and remove a forward wheel.
2. Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel from the hinge.
3. Disconnect a brake hose from a rotary fist.

4. Remove a support and a soft wire fix it on a forward rack.

5. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft.

6. Turn out 2 bolts and disconnect the spherical hinge of the bottom lever from a rotary fist.

7. A kapron hammer beat out a power shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. If the power shaft densely sits in a nave of a forward wheel, spray propitochny aerosol solvent on area шлицов and then repeatedly screw a nut with a fillet so that it settled down flush with a shaft end face. Striking on a nut with a brass hammer, beat out a power shaft from a nave.

8. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. A stripper 09568–34000 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

Cord fix a stripper for the closest element of the car.

Weaken nuts, but do not turn out them.

9. Turn out an assembly nut of fastening of the top lever.

10. Using the special tool, disconnect the top lever from a rotary fist.

11. Remove a forward axis together with a rotary fist.
12. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a brake disk.

2. Remove a spring ring.

3. Using the special tool, disconnect a nave from a rotary fist.

4. Using the special tool, remove an internal ring of the bearing of a wheel from a nave.

5. Using the special tool, remove an external ring of the bearing of a wheel from a rotary fist.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a nave on lack of cracks and wear.
2. Check the hinge on lack of cracks.
3. Check an internal surface of a rotary fist on lack of cracks or damages.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Apply a thin film konsistentny greasing in an opening of a rotary fist and on an external ring of the bearing.

2. A press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press the new bearing of a wheel in a rotary fist.


  1. Do not make effort of a press an internal ring of the bearing.
  2. At installation always use the new bearing.
  3. Establish a spring ring in a groove of a rotary fist.
  4. Press with an opravka of the corresponding diameter press a nave in a rotary fist.


Do not make effort of a press an external ring of the bearing.


5. The special tool tighten a nave to a rotary fist, having tightened an adaptation bolt the moment of 200 N • m.

6. Several times turn a nave that elements of the bearing were established on the places.

7. Measure a torque which is necessary for putting for a bearing provorachivaniye.

Torque: 1,8 N • m

8. The criterion for definition, whether is an axial gap of a nave in precisely established limits is absent.

Axial люфт bearing: 0,08 mm

9. Remove the special tool.
