Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the parking brake.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation.

5. Remove a brake disk.

6. Turn out 4 bolts of fastening of a nave to a nave support.

7. Using the special tool, remove an ABS sensor rotor.

8. Remove a nave support.

9. Unbend a fillet and unscrew a nut of fastening of a nave of a back wheel.

10. While the basic surface of an external ring of the bearing, выпрессуйте the plug of a back axis acts.

11. Using the special tool, remove an internal ring of the bearing from a nave.

12. Using the special tool, remove 2 plugs from a nave support.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the bearing of a nave of a back wheel on lack of wear and damages.
2. Check a rotor of the sensor of frequency of rotation of a back wheel on lack of a vykrashivaniye of teeths.
3. Check a nave on lack of cracks and wear.
4. Check a nave support on lack of cracks.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using the special tool, press 2 plugs in a nave support.

2. Apply a thin film universal lubricant on a contact surface of the bearing and a nave.

3. Using the special tool, press the bearing in a nave.

Do not press the bearing for an external ring of the bearing.

At installation always use the new bearing.

4. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer a nut fillet into a nave groove.

5. Using the special tool, press an ABS sensor rotor.

6. Establish a nave and the bearing on a brake board so that the rounded-off part of an external ring of the bearing was directed up.

If installation is complicated, rotate an adjusting nut of the parking brake to increase distance between the brake mechanism and blocks.

7. Tighten 4 bolts the moment of the inhaling given in the specification.
8. Establish a brake disk.

9. Establish a support.

10. Several times turn a nave that elements of the bearing were established on the places.

11. Measure a torque which is necessary for putting for a bearing provorachivaniye.

Torque: 2,8 N • m

12. The criterion for definition, whether is an axial gap of a nave in precisely established limits is absent.

Axial люфт bearing: 0,008 mm

13. Establish the sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel.
14. Establish the parking brake.
15. Adjust a course of the lever of the parking brake.
